Application forms

First, please make sure that you have read and understood the process and conditions for becoming a member explained in the previous sections of this web site. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Please contact us by sending an request by email in order to receive the latest version of the Application Form for Trading Members or Affiliate Members.

A signed hardcopy of the application form must be submitted to the Secretariat of the Union for Ethical BioTrade, as well as the electronic format saved in a MS Word (.doc) format.

Meeting dates of the Committees

In 2011, the Membership Committee will meet on the following dates:

15 February 2011 (deadline for submission on 7 February 2011)
15 April 2011 (deadline for submission on 8 April 2011)
15 June 2011 (deadline for submission on 8 June 2011)
15 August 2011 (deadline for submission on 8 August 2011)
14 October 2011 (deadline for submission on 7 October 2011)
15 December 2011 (deadline for submission on 8 December 2011)

The membership committee reviews applications, as well as public summary of the audit reports and approval of the work-plans. Any document to be considered by the Membership Committee needs to be received one week before the scheduled meeting date.
