In recent years, his camera has turned to the world of perfumes, inspiring books on the subject and leading to his being awarded the Prix Jasmin – a prize honoring the talents of journalists and photographers that cover the perfume industry. For the Union for Ethical BioTrade, Silberstein’s photographs visually capture the importance of the Union’s mission to promote the ‘Sourcing with Respect’ of ingredients that come from native biodiversity.
